1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CubeMails ("the Service"), operated by Admins Cube, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CubeMails provides email infrastructure services including SMTP relay, HTTP API for sending emails, webhook delivery notifications, click and open tracking, and domain management tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Send emails containing malware, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harvest email addresses or personal information
  • Send to purchased or rented email lists

5. Service Levels

We strive for 99.9% uptime for our email delivery infrastructure. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Service credits may be available for qualifying downtime events under paid plans.

6. Data Handling

We process email messages on your behalf to deliver them to intended recipients. Message content is retained according to your server's retention policy settings. We do not sell, share, or use the content of your emails for advertising purposes.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may retain anonymized usage data for internal analytics.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admins Cube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
